Let Them Eat Cake™ Client Agreement 

By signing this agreement, you (“Client”) agree to retain Deonna Lindsay-Lewis (“Deonna”) of BrandSmash Studio to proceed with brand strategy and consulting services for a 3-hour private intensive (“The Coup”), packaged under Let Them Eat Cake™, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Project Scope

The World-Building Coup Session is a 3-hour, live, 1:1 strategic brand experience conducted via Zoom. During this session, Deonna will lead the Client through a highly customized, high-impact process to architect the foundational elements of their brand world—including brand identity, messaging, movement, offer ecosystem, and experience strategy.

In addition to the session, the Client will receive:

• A custom World-Building Bible delivered within 7 days

• A physical Manifesto Kit shipped to the Client

• Access to the Holy Grail of Wicked Messaging self-paced course

• A custom-trained AI Army, built from the Client’s brand strategy and voice

This session is the required entry point for all future brand strategy and consulting services with BrandSmash Studio.

Deliverables

Client understands that the following deliverables are included with Let Them Eat Cake™:

• 3-Hour Live Zoom Strategy Session

• Custom World-Building Bible (PDF format)

• Manifesto Kit (shipped to Client)

• Access to The Holy Grail of Wicked Messaging course

• Custom-built AI Bots trained on Client’s brand voice, personality, and strategy

While BrandSmash Studio is committed to excellence and clarity, deliverables are built in collaboration with Client participation and depend on full engagement in the process and completion of required pre-work.

Session Timing + Scheduling

All Coup Sessions are scheduled a minimum of two weeks out from the date of booking to allow for preparation and delivery of the Manifesto Kit and pre-work completion. The Client will be prompted to select their session date following payment and/or deposit.

Session time: 3 hours (Zoom)
Location: Virtual
Hours: Typically scheduled during weekday business hours (EST), unless otherwise discussed.

Pre-Session Expectations & Prep

Prior to the session, Client will receive their Manifesto Kit, which includes physical materials as well as a digital link to complete their Classified Dossier Questionnaire (pre-session intake). Completion of this pre-work is required in order to proceed with the session.

Post-Session Deliverables & Support

Client will receive their custom World-Building Bible within 7 days of their Coup Session. No ongoing support is included unless otherwise specified in a future scope of work or agreement. The AI Army is provided as a one-time deliverable, and BrandSmash Studio is not responsible for ongoing updates, management, or use.

Payment Terms

The investment for Let Them Eat Cake™ is $3,000.00.
Client may pay in full or submit a $1,500.00 deposit to secure their session date.

Remaining balance of $1,500.00 is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Failure to complete final payment will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the original deposit.

Alternate payment plans may be arranged through a third-party checkout platform (i.e., Stripe/Klarna) and are subject to their terms.

Rescheduling & Deposit Terms

Your deposit is nonrefundable, but may be transferred to a new date with a minimum of 7 days written notice. Deposits must be used within 90 days of the original payment date. If Client fails to reschedule within this window or does not provide adequate notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Deonna reserves the right to approve or deny deposit transfer requests based on scheduling and service availability.

Additional Services & Fees

Any additional work, services, or support outside the scope of this Coup (including but not limited to: branding, design, copywriting, or additional strategy sessions) will be billed at BrandSmash Studio’s current rate and scoped separately.

Additional expenses not included in this agreement may include: premium font licenses, stock photography, printing, third-party software, apps, or subscriptions.

Ownership & Usage

All materials and creative work produced during this project will remain the property of the Client. Client may use and reproduce the work in any way deemed appropriate. BrandSmash Studio retains the right to reference the project in promotional material, portfolios, or case studies, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Testimonial & Publicity Release

Client authorizes Deonna and BrandSmash Studio to use their name, project scope, and any written or recorded statements made during or after the session for marketing and promotional purposes, including testimonials.

By submitting payment and scheduling your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement.
