🔥 What You’ll Do
Across 12 weeks, you’ll:

Create real content for BrandSmash’s marketing machine (Instagram, blog, email, etc.)

Build 2-3 customized portfolio projects that align with your career goals

Participate in 3 immersive Shadow Days to learn real strategy

Help co-create key studio tools like the Brand Bible (after shadowing, of course)

Attend weekly mentorship calls and receive real feedback (no generic “good job!” here)

Join the culture of black sheep creators

Receive 1-on-1 creative coaching

Get a final portfolio showcase + guest feedback

Get a badass reference letter (no bland corporate fluff) + LinkedIn Recommendation

Optional: Coworking experience + creative community access with 24/7 access
Format & Commitment

Duration: 3 Months

Time Commitment: ~6–8 hours per week

Location: Primarily remote + optional coworking access (dedicated desk may be provided based on availability)
